See all FAQs
Do I need a referral from my doctor?
A referral from your GP or specialist is helpful and is required by most medical aids, but you are welcome to contact us directly to discuss your symptoms first.
What happens during an overnight sleep study?
You arrive in the evening and our technologist fits sensors that record your brain activity, breathing, oxygen levels, heart rate, and movement while you sleep in a private room. You go home in the morning.
How long until I get my results?
Recordings are scored and reviewed by our specialists, and a full report is usually available to you and your referring doctor within one to two weeks.
Do you accept medical aid?
We accept most major medical aids in South Africa. Please contact us with your scheme details and we will confirm coverage and any pre-authorisation requirements.
