Diagnostic toolkit

Specialist services we provide

Every study is performed and interpreted by experienced sleep professionals using current, evidence-based protocols.

Gold standard

Polysomnography (Sleep Study)

In-lab overnight study measuring brain activity, breathing, oxygen, heart rate, and movement to diagnose the full range of sleep disorders. Considered the gold standard.

Electroencephalogram (EEG)

Non-invasive recording of electrical brain activity used to evaluate seizures, unexplained loss of consciousness, and sleep-related neurological events.

CPAP Titration Study

Overnight study to determine the optimal CPAP pressure for patients diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnoea, ensuring comfortable and effective therapy from the first night.

Multiple Sleep Latency Test (MSLT)

Daytime nap study used in the diagnosis of narcolepsy and idiopathic hypersomnia. Performed the day after an overnight polysomnogram.

Home Sleep Apnoea Test

Portable sleep apnoea screening for selected patients who prefer to be tested at home rather than in the clinic.

Specialist Consultation

One-on-one appointment with our sleep specialists to discuss symptoms, review prior investigations, and design a tailored diagnostic and treatment plan.
